Star Hope Baptist Church has always been a very mission-minded church.  Giving 20% of the undesignated gifts to the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention which supports both home and international missionaries, seminaries, orphanages, language ministries, homeless ministries, and many more around the world.   Star Hope also gives 5% of their undesignated gifts to the Twin Rivers Baptist Association that goes for local missions, planting new churches, camps, pastor training seminars, disaster relief efforts etc.  In addition to that the church financially and prayerfully monthly supports two individual families in foreign countries that come from area churches.  We participate in the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for National Missions annually.
